Pfizer is an American global pharmaceutical company, which is one of the 10 largest medical companies around the world. As a big global company, the work environment of Pfizer is multi-cultured. Since Australia has different regulations of laws and pharmacy, it is necessary for Pfizer to have employees from different backgrounds in order to communicate and corporate with. The work environment is also rapidly changing. Pharmaceutical industry faces fast changing every day, company need to act rapid according to customer and market needs. So that the working environment need to catch up with changes.
2. The role of an accountant
There are five different roles of accountant in both finance and accounting criteria. Financial accountant is the role of charging the monthly and yearly external reporting and also auditing. Cost accountant need to do forecasting and monitoring of inventories and cost of goods sold accounting. Management accountant, tax accountant and treasury accountant also play important roles in budgeting, taxation and cash and debt management.

Company has graduate programs every year to attract new graduations to join the team. New graduate plays important role within the organization.
