“Caffeine”

Nowadays, almost people consumed caffeine every day in order to relieve drowsiness and to increase one’s energy level. It is often found mostly on drinks, like energy drinks, soft drinks, and chocolate but mostly in a coffee. 90% of people in the world consume at least one meal or beverage with caffeine in it daily. They say that the consumption of caffeine has been estimated at 120,000 tons per year, making it the most consumed and popular psychoactive substance.

Caffeine is a central nervous system and metabolic stimulant, and is used to reduce physical fatigue and to prevent or treat drowsiness. It produces increased wakefulness, improved thought-processing, increased focus, and better general body coordination. Some positive effects are to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and lower risk of diabetes.

Johann Sebastian Bach, a famous baroque compose says that, “without my morning coffee, I’m just like a dried up piece of roast goat”. In the old times, during war, a soldier consumed a vast amount of caffeine in order to stay focus and energize in spite of the gunfire and the lack of sleep. It emphasize that caffeine was indeed a great help to start your day and to help you energize throughout the day.

Too much caffeine will often lead you to anxiety, stimulant of urination, increase blood pressure, insomnia or sleep disruption and reduce control of fine motor movements. So it is advised to drink caffeine depends on your caffeine tolerance or individual sensitivity, it is estimated to be 75 – 1 cups of coffee for a 7- kilogram adult.

To sum up all, consuming a caffeine is good way to start your day if you are a regular consumer of caffeine because your body adapts the drug in your system and that will be a stimulant and if there is a need to consume. If you are not regular consumer, I advised not to because there is a possibility that caffeine is not good for you and it can cost addiction and other side effects....
