1.1 Describe the goals and objectives of your organisation.

Within Focus on Care we look at ways of how the business can become consistent in its delivery. By this we will implement goals backed by strategies. These strategies are reviewed on a monthly basis and that they are following the S.M.A.R.T process:

Specific

Measurable

Attainable

Realistic

Timely

A goal can be defined as a long-term aim that a certain individual or organization wants to accomplish. We can think of goals as being the big picture. People and organizations set goals all the time. For instance, a company can set a while goals are the big picture, objectives are the basic tools.

Objectives are Specific and Measurable results that a person or organization aims to achieve realistically within a time frame and with available resources. Objectives need to be specific and measurable to provide a definition of the success of achieving the goal; achievable and realistic to engage and motivate individuals.

GOAL

Ensure the service is well led: Promote the safety of all service users both physical and mental health included. This will ensure both service user and family/representative are fully aware of plans and outcomes provided by support workers. Risk assessments will reduce the risk of harm or neglect to all involved within the package.

OBJECTIVE

Complete in depth person centred care plans and risk assessments on all new and existing clients. Use this data to cultivate individual care plans for each service user.

GOAL

To provide staff that are skills matched with the service user and are trained accordingly. This will provide a positive and accurate outcome for the service user.

OBJECTIVE

Ensure training is appropriate to the needs of the service user and that this is up to date. Staff without this will be taken of working with the service users.
