Executive Summary

Blue Note Corporation is a global entertainment and media company that is based in Bangkok, Thailand, with our vision and aim to become experts in the late night entertainment and bar sector, providing an anchor in the night life industry by delivering the best services and offering the highest levels of facilities and entertainment. Blue Note industry product is highly vast in the night life sector; however we are primarily focused in night clubs and high end bars; however we also do provide operations and services in pubs, taverns, beer gardens and other drinking places, that prepares and serve alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises.

We have set one mission, one goal that estimates to attract high volumes of customers, and to meet today’s high customer demands. In order to achieve this mission, Blue Note Corp. are introducing the first of its kind, a new concept in the Thai late nightlife, a multi floor super club named “Beta”. Super clubs are not only new to the Thai nightlife but to most of the world as well. This concept is a renowned as a prototype to night life sector. Bangkok, at this very moment in time is still a very open market with opportunities left, right and center, luckily that goes for the nightlife as well. Thailand over the past decade has emerged to become the leading destinations for tourist to come visit which is a perfect opportunity; also Thailand has also emerged as the top alcohol consuming country In South East Asia.

The financial outlook for super club “Beta” put us in a questionable position to start up. Due to the fact that because of high tax rates on alcoholic beverages in Thailand, bimonthly governmental licenses, leasing land and laws which prohibits the sales and promotion of alcohol, all of these points can put out pressure on the super club to run.
