* 20 Week Abortion Process

Introduction

It is a logical reason to keep a restriction on abortion after twenty weeks due to the different health problems it could cause to the woman carrying the fetus.

Within the twenty weeks abortion should not be an option for that specific woman to decide.

Banning abortion after the twenty weeks should be legalized due to the development of the fetus, the health risks it can cause, and as Roe V. Wade defines, the various statements it has to be restricted.

Twenty week abortion should be banned due to the fetus start to develop.

Women’s should not be allowed to have an abortion after 20 weeks just to figure out if there is a fetal defect.

Within the 20 weeks a fetus can start to feel pain and should be consider a human being.

In a pregnancy there are three trimesters which the fetus starts to develop.

The first trimester all major organs, external genital, and body systems start to develop.

In the second trimester the fetus is able to move, grow, and have reflexes.

The last trimester a fetus will be able to hear, see, and it will start to develop the brain.

An abortion can start to cause women to have health risks.

It has caused women to start having mental health issues.

Women have had abortions and it had caused some deaths due to the issue.

After having an abortion it can cause infections in the cervix and uterus.

With a procedure of having an abortion women are not supposed to have any sexual contact while still bleeding.

Women will have to clean their area well enough to not start an infection.

The Roe V. Wade case defines several reasons of why abortion after the 20 weeks should be banned.

They want to still decided whether they want the child or not and make a decision after being pregnant after the 20 weeks after fetus has been developed.

Clinics would approve the procedures of abortion just by the patient deciding to go along with it.
