Abstract
This case study review will analyze the triggering events and activities that lead
Minnesota Biolabs to change product strategy. I will also address the why and why not' of
Effective employee integration performance engagement methodologies. Engaged employees are
emotionally attached to their organization and highly involved in their job with a high
enthusiasm for the success of their employer. Employee engagement is a vast construct that
touches almost every aspect of organizational change management.
Findings
Triggering event . . . A tangible or intangible barrier or occurrence that, once breached or
