Each student in Mngt 5000 is to assume the role of a private consultant for the purpose of this research project. Your charge is to research the topic of “Violence in the Workplace” and write a report with your findings and recommendations to Dr. Chester, CEO, Chester Enterprises, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Dr. Chester is the owner of a manufacturing firm that employs approximately 100 employees in a manufacturing process. His company provides a component part for a local production facility. Dr. Chester has been reading about this problem (Violence in the Workplace) for several months and is looking for guidance in what are appropriate steps to take to be proactive in prevention of this problem.

The format of your report should be as follows:

Executive Summary(Definition can be found by a word search on Yahoo)

Introduction

Review of the Literature (Read 10 articles related to this topic)

Summary/Conclusions/Recommendations

Bibliography
