1. Introduction
This research project will place a consultant on site with a local company. With the help of the AI/AR/PC methods, the consultant will establish an organization development change program for that client. The project will start with preliminary meetings with the client to establish rapport, and to discuss interests that the client would like to protect. These meeting will also help establish some issues that may need addressing within their organization. Through this AR project it is hopeful that some direction is obtained to help the client continue to prosper moving forward. There are many aspects of the Action Research project, however at the heart there are only three phases that are going to be the most beneficial; identify, action, reflection.
