Rationale

• Data gathered from sample size of 50 from fast-food and restaurant employees would

like to represent that the current studies conducted by research

• analysts regarding Job satisfaction and common problems encountered of employees

• A survey in 2015, 70 percent of Filipino employees are satisfied with their jobs, which leaves only 30 percent who consider themselves unsatisfied.
