Abstract
This paper is concentrated on nutrition composition of yogurt and kefir, and research gives the deep information about those dairy products. Description of yogurt and kefir helps to understand which ingredients are needed to produce such kind of dairy products. Moreover, research paper explains the process of manufacturing the dairy products and it these products can be easily made at home. As any product influence people’s health, the kefirs and yogurts’ impact on health is very significant, because it can have side effects.

Name of the product: Activia yogurt (enriched with Bifidus bacteria, with strawberries, 2.9% fat.)
Activia is the yogurt, made with Bifidus Regularis which is an active probiotic culture. It reduces “intestinal time of transit”, adjusting the digestive treatise. Activia is made by Danone firm, which is well-known worldwide.
Composition:
Skim milk, cream, sugar-sand, skim milk dry, yogurt ferment, Bifidus bacteria, the fruit additive (strawberry, sugar syrup, thickeners Е1442, pectin, an extract of a paprika, carrots juice, carmine, flavor enhancer identical to a natural strawberry, regulators of acidity: a citric acid, citrate sodium.
