In March 11, 2011, 9-level earthquake was created in Japan, people perished by the tsunami mainly, less than falling down buildings. However, more than 50 thousand people perished in the same level earthquake in China. The casualty in Japan only amounted to 1:7 of that in Wenchuan earthquake. It means many people perished by the falling down building in China. "Tofu-dreg project" means the poorly constructed building in China. Allegations of corruption in the construction are the main problem caused "Tofu-dreg project".
