Introduction

In this assignment for task 1 I have to describe each of the political factors which are Taxation - direct and indirect , Government spending ,Monetary support,Interest rests. I then have to explain if it has had a positive or negative impact on your organisation and its stakeholders for example which are customers, shareholders ,staff etc.

In task 2 I have to describe each of the Legal factors which are Consumer protection laws,Employment protection laws and Environmental protection laws.I then have to explain if it has had a positive or negative impact on my organisation and its stakeholders eg customers,shareholders ,staff etc.I have to use evidence to support my answers.

For task 3 I have to describe each of the social factors which are Demographics and lifestyle.Then I have to explain if it has had a positive or negative impact on your organisation and its stakeholders eg customers,shareholders,staff etc.I have to use evidence to support my answer.

For the last task of this report I have to conclude ,choose one organisation. I have to consider any future changes to political ,llegal and social factors.How many these changes positively or negatively impact on the business’s activities/finctions or its stakeholders practices.

I have to consider how my organisation may have to adapt to higher taxes or new environmental laws requiring the public to use public transport in the town centre .I have to find out if this would have a positive or negative impact for the business and its stakeholders.I also have to suggest how the business responds to the situation.
