“Ang Yukaristiya naga himsog diha sa GKK

The GKK or Basic Ecclesiastic Communities is a group of Christians who at the level of the family or in a similarly restricted setting, come together for prayer, scripture reading, catechism and discussion on human and ecclesiastic problems with a view to a common commitment. This community is a sign of vitality within the church, an instrument of formation and a solid starting point for a new society based on a “civilization of love”

The bond of a family never fails to give us such great joy, even doing the simplest things with them could mean a lot of shared memories. As the fsmily participates in the activities of this Christian community known as the GKK, the community will help them to get closer to God and have a more solemn moment than just having a shallow bonding filled with lifeless moments.

The GKK serves the people/families as a messenger even without the presence of the priest, religious ministers and the mass. They preach to give awareness as the people/families encounter problems that may affect their religious faith.

The Holy Eucharist is a sacrament and a sacrifice. In the Holy Eucharist. Under the appearances of bread and wine, The Lord is contained, offered and received. The theme implies that we must serve the lord by how the body of Christ is contained, offered and received in the presence of the lord himself.

We must allow ourselves and our family also to reach for one goal and that is to serve the lord through the Eucharist. Our Teamwork within the family helps us to achieve success and mold our characters with God’s guidance.
