Clover - SENS Announcement 2015

SENS stands for Stock Exchange News Service. It is a service provided by the JSE to allow the public to access and view company information which could influence the decision of an investor to sell or buy shares. (Views, 2016) This information could provide insight into the possible movement of the market such as mergers, capital issues, take-overs (JSE, 2015) etc. SENS aims to provide transparency in the market and promote investor confidence.
