Internet has existed many years ago, and nowadays it plays a significant role in connecting all the participants in the health care industry. It uses to control remote medical equipments, communication between physicians and patients, search for needed information, transferring text, graphics, audio and video files as well as supporting collaboration in real-time. The purpose of this paper is to identify a telemedicine and the impact of how it affects the communication in health care.

Telemedicine is an existing technology for communication electronically, it has defined as the use of audio, video, and other telecommunications and electronic information processing technologies to provide health services or assist health care personnel at distant sites (Maheu, Whitten, & Allen (2001). In these days, the evolution of wireless communication means enables telemedicine systems to operate across the world, increasing telemedicine benefits, applications, and services.

The used of this technology helps health care organization to increase the administration of health care services. To improved non-textual communication and decreased isolation and stress for professionals in health care. It also known as an improved reimbursement of services and distribution of resources, increased staff training opportunities, improved communication between patients and professionals, enhanced efficiency and reduced health care costs, and improve new health care business opportunities (Mahea, Whitten, & Allen, 2001). For many years, telemedicine has proved to reduce in health care cost and increase efficiency through better care of chronic diseases, shared health professional staffing, reduced travel times, and shorter of hospital stays.
