Introduction

This project was put together by Jeremy Haug, Robert Hilson and Cheryl Jordan. We have worked together over the past 6 weeks in order to create a fictitious organization that would handle a fictitious project in order to better learn the application of Project Management for practical application in our careers. This project wound up being one in construction though we personally did not have much experience in this field we were able to create a project that shows the general applications of the principles of this class.

We have all learned a lot from doing this class and can now apply the data in this course to either be better members of teams or to better help run teams in our various careers.
