Vanderlay Industries is not just a company that designs the next generation of parallel parking capable axles, but a company that will re-shape the automotive industry through innovation and customer care. From the company’s CEO to the assembly line, Vanderlay Industries aims to become an honest and hardworking American company that our customers can trust.

The entrepreneur is responsible for the initial investment and the company’s capital. Backed by a wealthy tie to an oil business that is already successful and very lucrative, the entrepreneur already has ample funds to start up Vanderlay Industries and get the company up and running.

Each manufacturing plant will have multiple divisions and contain a manager within each division. The assembly line, which will initially consist of 50 people whom will be managed by one person. A president and a vice president will manage the warehouse as a whole, with the vice president overseeing shipping and receiving as well as the assembly line manager and the president in charge of overseeing the manufacturing plant.

The assembly floor will initially consist of 50 people roughly all whom have specific tasks within the manufacturing process. Technical workers in charge of repairing machines and fork lift operators who are in charge of shipping and receiving products are both employees assigned to the assembly floor.

The business ethics established at at Vanderlay Industries are to always remain an honest employee who comes to work to give it everything he/she has. The motto of the company states that each Vanderlay Industries employee will always abide by the 5 golden rules of the company. Honesty and integrity are important aspects that Vanderlay Industries aims to instill in all of its employees.
