Making a Positive Impact

The United States Military is by far the best suited organization, due to its adaptability and flexibility to single handedly provide an economic and humanitarian boost to any location. Although the military’s main mission is to protect the borders of America and any of our allies from any terrorist attack, threat, or influence, it also has the ability of helping countries in need. The United States Military’s organizational processes, human resources, and ethics are the key components of the military and will make a our organization, and will make an immediate and noticeable impact on the current state of disarray now present on the Kava.

Kava is facing a multitude of problems that are in no way limited to the island of Kava. Several other countries face the same issues that Kava is currently struggling through. As with the island of Kava, many of the problems stem from or are a product of the current economical situation. Unfortunately for Kava, in addition to the economical issues, they are forced to deal with natural disasters as well. These range from earthquakes, to tsunami’s. Other issues that are hindering Kava from developing is the current ethnic barriers and available work force. Currently over 50 percent of the population is under the age of 15, not to mention the numerous indigenous language as well as English, Spanish, and French (University of Phoenix, 2011).

The principle objective of the military on Kava is to institute an optimistic existence on Kava, and at the same time maximize its strong aspects, and minimize its weaker areas. Kava’s strong areas are the availability of a cheap but skilled work force, abundance of natural resources, climate, and a variety of religious organizations. With these positives, however, Kava has a few barriers that it must surpass in order to establish a booming metropolis.
