Introduction and Background of the study

It is true that nowadays technology rules the world and has a great impact in our daily lives. Undoubtedly, human interaction has been influenced through introduction of new technological devices like the Computers, mobile devices and other device used in communication purposes.

The advancement of technology affects and influences one’s living because of modernization. That’s why most of the institutions are now using new technological devices in almost of their processes to have an accurate and effective result than those who still using manual process or traditional way. Mobile device is one of the most commonly used devices nowadays.

Today's mobile devices are multifunctional devices capable of hosting a broad range of applications for both business and consumer use. Smart phones and tablets enable people to use their mobile device to access the Internet for email, instant messaging, text messaging and Web browsing, as well as work documents, contact lists and more. Mobile devices are often seen as an extension to your own PC or laptop, and in some cases newer, more powerful mobile devices can even completely replace PCs. And when the devices are used together, work done remotely on a mobile device can be synchronized with PCs to reflect changes and new information while away from the computer.

Mobile application or also called mobile apps is a software application developed specifically for use on small, wireless computing devices, such as smart phones and tablets, rather than desktop or laptop computers. Mobile apps are designed with consideration for the demands and constraints of the devices and also to take advantage of any specialized capabilities they have.
