Rules Policies and Procedures

Dress Code in the Workplace- A well-groomed appearance is expected of all employees. All office personnel must wear professional attire throughout the week. For men this includes suits, slacks and button ups or collared shirts. Women are to wear suits, slacks, dress pants, skirts and blouses. Company X occasionally allows office personnel to wear jeans that are neatly pressed and non-ripped jeans with company shirt. Field employees will be provided with safety equipment and must be worn at all times while out in the field. The provided safety equipment will include: hard hat, a voucher for steel toe boots that all field employees may utilize once a year, safety goggles, h2s monitors, gloves and ear plugs for loud machinery. Company X’s employees will be required to wear the PPE provided at the appropriate times. If in a field position no shorts, cut off shirts or loose clothing will be permitted. The use of any facial PPE will require you to undergo special testing. All facial equipment will require no facial hair and long hair will need to worn away from your work space.

Attendance & Punctuality in the workplace- A good practice on your first day of employment is to arrive 15 minutes before your schedule time. You are allowing yourself to get situated before your start your work day. If for some reason you will be late or will not be at work call your supervisor immediately so that workload can be distributed among employees if needed. If you No Call No Show 3 times your employment will be terminated. There is a voicemail on the office number (432-222-2222) and an emergency extension which will forward your message to the Office Manager’s cell phone so that you may reach us 24 hours a day.
