ABSTRACT

Customer Validation is one of the prime factor in today’s world. Now a days even a small company is employing people in order to do market research based on customer survey after launching a product whether it meets customer’s expectation or not. By doing this they are ensuring the quality of product and trying to find out the loopholes of the current product to come up with a better version of this launched product. Growing recognition of a company amongst marketing academics and practitioners is very much depended on good reputation of a company. In this assignment we are analyzing some key features of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge by conducting customer interview and focusing on the agenda that is suggested by the user. User opinion is very much crucial and important not only to find out the bugs in the product also to make it sustainable and user friendly.
