Re: New Companywide Compliance System and Policies

Comments:

Due to the substantial growth our company has seen over the past year, we discovered that we do need a new company-wide compliance system for Initech Software. With the development of this new conformity system, we will also be creating new compliance policies to complement the new system. Adding this new system is going to require that all managers complete a training program so they can properly perform their jobs, and they will also pass the information learned in training to their subordinates. This project will be coordinated and ran as part of the Omega project.

Stakeholders

The Omega project will have a direct and indirect effect on numerous individuals. The main participants in this project will be all the managers from every branch location across the U.S. The managers are going to be directly affected by Omega due to them having to attend the training sessions. Employees through the company of each branch location will be affected indirectly because their managers are going to be in training and they will be trained by the managers. The CEO at Initech will not be directly affected either, but he does require feedback to evaluate the results of the training sessions and will ultimately have the largest impact on the future training for this project. Every manager in the company will have to complete a minimum of ten hours of training on the system. There will also be a need to complete training on the new policies that will be instituted as well.
