I believe that in order for the town of Surette citizens to generate more income for the town to be able to sustain and balance their budget they need to implement the best strategy and do a “SWOT” analysis which means strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats when considering the best option to go with. This strategy would also help generate a higher revenue stream if the community can come into agreement to convert the abandoned building into a new community center for the people in the community to gain an education and skills and also for the youths to participate in athletic programs. Because helping others develop personal abilities to be able to learn new skills will be very wise and there are also opportunities for endorsements that investors will give to the athletic sports department that will also help build the town up. The other plus to supporting opening up a community center is as a community center, the building could also host events that could generate revenue for the town. But there are numerous options to consider before making a quick decision to just build up a community center. Because everything must be carefully evaluated before the town has to make a big decision that will bring revenue stream to the town for longevity. There is a couple of other options for the town of Surette citizens to consider while making their evaluation on what to do with their abandoned building such as the property could be sold or rented to a single organization or split up among many organizations. This can open up several opportunities for the community as well and give them something to think about while trying to come up with a solution to their dilemma.
