How I would fix bad customer service

Abstract I chose to write my paper about a discount warehouse store. Everyone has visited a discount warehouse store and had that one employee who just didn’t get it. When it came to the store policy that the customer is always right regardless of what the problem is. But sometimes the problem isn’t always with the employee in most cases. It’s the manager and their ego, and pride, and their abuse of power that gets in the way of their better judgment on how to deal with an irate customer or just simply finding a good solution to the customer’s problem with the products or services. The time that it takes to get these matters resolved is very time consuming and frustrating for the customer’s. Not to mention that this small issues makes your shopping experience terrible. I will also discuss on what ways I feel that management should can do to improve their customer service for the customer’s.

I once had an unpleasant visit to a discount warehouse store to purchase some clothes for an important family function that I was running late to attend. I went into the department store to purchase an outfit. While in the process of purchasing my outfit I noticed that they were in a big hurry to get customer out of the store. I was happy because I was also in a big hurry to get to my family function. When I got to my family function I noticed there was a tore on my shirt and a stain on my pants. So I rushed back to the store where I was met with the most rude customer service I ever had to deal with. I asked the employee if she had another outfit I could exchange my clothes for because they didn’t have my size for the outfit that I had just purchased. The employee was a little agitated because she started getting loud with me saying that “if I didn’t see it on the rack then it wasn’t in the store and they must not have it.” I asked to speak to a manager who I thought was going to help this matter go more smoothly so I can get back to my...
