2.0 Promotion Opportunity Analysis

Perodua business- to- consumer are focus on small car customers like students (ages 18-25), women (ages 25-45) and average families who can afford to buy the vehicles (ages 28-56) both in local and abroad. We also offering zero deposit deals on their full range and sell vehicles in lowest purchase price and efficient Mixing practicality, quality and value for money.

Perodua business-to-distribution channel are involve branches and suppliers. Branches are under headquarters. Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd (PSSB) has 32 sales branches nationwide to serve its' customer efficiently. Service network To ensure utmost customer satisfaction, PSSB has 31 service branches throughout Malaysia. We separate Malaysian customers in 5 regions. There are East Malaysia, Southern Region, Northern Region, Central Region, and East Coast Region. Each region customers will receive their cars right on time without any lateness. 

Perodua business-to-business are involving dealers, super dealer, and corporate dealer. Dealers are independent and should work on their own but should follow the procedures and conditions determined by the headquarters. There are 142 sales outlet and 99 service outlets around Malaysia. The foreign customers can order the vehicles by online and also get the information from the foreign agent. Overseas Perodua vehicles are sold in 13 other countries including United Kingdom Egypt, Brunei. In overseas dealers involve to market and sell our vehicles.

End of March 2004, we has successfully sold approximately 803,126 units of vehicles of various models both locally and abroad. The 200-acre land houses amongst others the Perodua Corporate Building, the R&D testing labs and styling studio, the vehicle test track, the manufacturing plant, the engine plant, the pre delivery inspection area, the vehicle distribution stockyard and the parts warehouse are help maintain our success in this business.
