Students go to school because they have a purpose; to finish their studies, to get a degree and to have a better life. No one dreamed to become an ignorant. That is why they always do their best just to graduate. But what will you do if there are some things that are stressing you out like home works, school works and even transfer task? How will you solve it? How will you able to handle your stress problem? Having a lot of school works plus the transfer tasks has a very big impact in the students. When you think that you cannot finish them all in a limited time. That is when stress occurs. Stress leads negatively among the life of students that has induced different circumstances which should be relieve and be aware of.

Stress is a natural, physical and mental reaction to both good and bad experiences that can be beneficial to your health and safety. Your body responds to stress by releasing hormones and increasing your heart and breathing rates. Your brain gets more oxygen, giving you an edge in responding to a problem. In the short term, stress helps you cope with tough situations. Stress can be triggered by the pressures of everyday responsibilities at work, at home and even at school. As you might expect, negative life events like divorce or the death of a loved one cause stress. So can physical illness. Stress can cause a variety of symptoms and can affect your overall health and well-being. (HealthLine, 2014)

School stress is a serious business. Academic pressure can get the best out of you if you do not learn how to deal with it properly. Stress may bring about strain to a person in different ways, meanings, some students get homesick after away from love ones and others may have the usual relationship problem with a boyfriend or girlfriend, others have to work while they study, and even those who are having a bad performance or low grades also experiencing it.
