The paper is about the Bill Brady case analysis. Bill Brady, 60 years old is the vice president and head administrator of a large financial institution, he has done 40 years of service in the industry and has been in the head of the department for the past 10 years. The company's environment is currently undergoing sizable changes. A year ago, Bill's boss, Tom Wintersfield the executive vice president of the area was retired. A young, creative, energetic, and aggressive Ben Sage replaced Tom Wintersfield. Ben was hired outside of the culture of the company as a financial and computer expert. He created his own group for a productive and effective work in which he selected the best young members of the company and also brought his loyal, brilliant and dynamic personal staff from his former company. The industry is in critical situation the division is nearing the limit provided by Securities and Exchange Commission regulations for administrative accounts. The administrative costs are among the highest in the industry and are constantly rising; the staffing levels including long -service employee are high; and the employee turnover is low. "It is time of high inflation and high unemployment. A trend toward much larger account is evident; competition from banks for the smaller traditional account cuts into the market; and new business comes a much more slowly”. (Bill Brady case study)
