Price

This price is an example and is calculated by dividing the average monthly use listed above by the sum of (i)

a Fixed Energy Charge of 7.5 cents per kWh, (ii) the actual cost of the delivery charges derived from applying

the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (“TDU”) tariff to the average monthly use, (iii) the actual

cost of fees and assessments imposed by ERCOT or the Texas Regional Entity, (iv) a credit of $-60.00 if you

use more than 999 kWh, and (v) all recurring charges. This average price disclosure does not include

applicable federal, state and local taxes or any fees (including gross receipt tax reimbursement), other nonrecurring amounts charged by Spark Energy, governmental entities, or changes resulting from federal, state or

local laws or regulatory actions that impose new or modified fees or costs that are outside our control. The

average price also includes applicable surcharges as established by the Public Utility Commission of Texas

(PUCT) for your TDU. Your actual Price for electricity may vary according to your exact monthly usage and

your TDU pass-through charges.

Some locations may be subject to a TDU Underground Facilities and Cost Recovery Charge authorized by

their city that is not included in this average price disclosure. See your TDU’s tariff for a list of cities and

authorized charges.
