12-Month Prospect Goals

In our first Strategic Marketing Session together, we first discussed what our

specific goals were going to be for the next 12-months. To do this, we used

the MEMO Funnel Process.

Two key pieces of information that we had to calculate and make

assumptions on to the best of our knowledge at the time was 1.) what is the

12-month revenue goal for “new business”, and 2.) what is the revenue value

of an ideal client over a 12-month period.

Here was the conclusion of our discussions:

‣ 12-month new business revenue goal is: $775,000

‣ 12-month ideal client value is: $25,000

We based our calculations for the MEMO Funnel Process on these two pieces

of information. We took $775,000 and divided by $25,000 to see that we

needed 31 new clients to be able to generate this revenue.
