INTRODUCTION

In this modern day, Information Technology plays a big role on making the human lives efficient living. Technology innovated the lives of humanity, which most of the people depends on it. Effective implementation and integration of information technology into business process has played a crucial effect on the development of each businesses of an organization. Modern technology improves the manual processes for the Payroll and Application. Information Technology has a part in payroll to make the transaction fast and easy.

The Malachi Manpower Services was started on October 3, 2012 who founded by Mr. Fernando Mamaril being operational manager of the company. Malachi Manpower Services had a lot of experience of handling clients and manpower services. They offer great job opportunities for job seekers. There are problems that MMS encountered during the operation of existing System in terms of rendering a services, manual recording of certain details for employees and delayed salary of an employee. It affects the MMS especially the operations that they would perform. The problems can be solved by replacing existing system with a new efficient and accurate system that can be the solution to the problem.

With this, the proponents decided to create a Web-Based Application and Payroll System (WBAPS) for Malachi Manpower Services that will be the solution to the problems encountered by existing system. The proposed system (WBAPS) will create and integrate a better operations in terms of processing the application and payroll of the employee in Malachi Manpower Services. It handled the records more efficient ,effective and providing good quality without consuming too much time for doing it.
