The Weight Club is a fitness center opened by like-minded students from the university. The students decided to open this fitness center as the university has cut down the gym hours and the availability. They opened the weight club in an old abandoned strip mall which they got it for very less. They offer the membership for $25 per month to exercise and lift weights. Six years since the opening, The Weight Club has grown substantially and has more than 4000 members of not only students, but also community members from all walks of life. The Weight Club focus has likewise developed into three extra customer facing storefronts and now sits in an exceptionally bustling strip shopping center with an extensive gathering of wellness and preparing gear, all of which is incorporated into the month to month charge. In light of the enhancing way of the wellness focus' customers, extra administrations have been asked for, including childcare, back rubs, and locker rooms. At present, the staff comprises of generally understudies and is controlled by the final establishing part that will graduate toward the end of the year. Problem:

The Weight Club seems to be facing a few problems, as they do not have mission and vision. This automatically leads to lack of goals. They also lack leadership and full time staff for leading the business to success.

1. Create a balanced scorecard.

2. Implement a work-study program for the students to be more involved.

3. Implement multiple tier of membership with different services.
