Kai Shing Management Services Limited, “Kai Shing” company is a substitute of Sun Hung
Kai Properties. It was established in 1978 and it is working as a large property management
company in Hong Kong. Over a hundred million square feet of properties, include largescale
residence estates and shopping malls etc.
Besides, “Kai Shing” company had a great experience in managing international and local
commercial properties. For example, “Kai Shing” participated the event of “Power Smart
2015” held by “Friends of the Earth”, it got the "Biggest Unit Saver Award” in property
management and Charity Award. Whether International Commercial Centre “IFC” or the
most crowded shopping mall “New Town Plaza”, they are managed by “Kai Shing” company
as well.
In organizational, “Kai Shing” is using functional structure to manage entire company.1
Under the director, there are six different functions of departments, such as Technical Service
