Introduction
Jaipur, the pink city, is part of western India. It is very famous for its ancient palaces and hospitality. Restaurants over here serve food with very traditional flavor. Being famous for its hospitality, restaurants provide all possible ambiences to its customers. Most of them have big dinning area and some of them can serve even more than one hundred tables. Serving customers in this case requires employing more than fifty people for serving purpose apart from those employed in kitchen.
Now how exactly things are being managed, requires explanation. Normally these restaurants provide three types of services to its customers. They can dine in the restaurant or just consider the ordered item to take away and can also wish for home delivery. So customer can wish for any of the three types of services.
• Customer arrives and wishes to dine in the restaurant.
• Customer arrives and wishes for take away service.
• Customer calls on phone and the wishes for home delivery
