Objective: To be able to provide an appropriate and immediate response to the prestigious client’s request.
Statement of the Problem: How will Vena respond to the client’s request without disappointing him.
SWOT Analysis
Strength
* The company is financially strong and has a record of high profitability.
* The company has a good reputation that increases corporate worth.
* Mr. Badabee is active in conducting a routine visit and responsive in times of crisis.
* The company is attractive to the eyes of prestigious clients.
* They go above and beyond to create a fantastic customer experience.
Weakness
* Vena feels like not working because of some problems she has at home.
* Mr. Badabee didn’t gave Vena sufficient instructions and haven’t covered situations like this.
* The company has encountered a big problem in the production department.
* Mr. Badabee doesn’t mingle with his employees, therefore ignorant to their lives.
Opportunities.
* Mr. Badabee can give additional directives to the secretary, as well as to other employees, and will be prepared for future conflicts
* Develop outstanding interpersonal relationship and communication skills in handling the client’s needs.
* The transaction can bear a big break to the company.
* Mr. Badabee visit to the production department can improve the company’s performance.
Threats
* The client who is very much eager might be angry and cancel the orders if he will not be able to talk with Mr. Badabee
* The kind of legendary loyalty of their client may decimate
* The sales may decrease.
Alternative Courses of Action
1. Give the phone number of the manager’s present office. Inform first the manager before giving the number
a. Advantage: The client and the manager will be able to personally talk which is necessary.
b. Disadvantage: It will disrupt the manager’s current work.
2. Say that the manager is out and ask the client to call again later.
