Dear Kim Thorpe:
I am writing this letter to request your permission to research the potential benefits of turning this restaurant into a green restaurant. You have already started the process of turning green already by switching the cleaning products to bio-degradable cleaning supplies. There are other steps to turning green like switching paper products to recyclable products, conserving energy on your utility bills, and switching energy saving habits also.
By going green and concerting to green measures we would be saving money. Also our restaurant would be eco-friendly.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Introduction
The subject of this proposal is to discuss the research concerning out restaurant’s green issues and to do further research on this problem. Also to suggest solutions to this problem. The main purpose of the research is to show the benefits of going green and also to show how to turn into a green restaurant. A complete audit of all the issues should be done to decide what decisions we need to make to go green.
Purpose:
The purpose of the report is research going green at Junie’s Restaurant. Another purpose is to establish reasons for going green and steps needed to go green. You need to learn why you need to go green:
