Tiger Woods

Some might look at the situation that Tiger Woods is in and think that he is getting exactly what he deserves for cheating on his wife or spitting on the green in Dubai but for some it depends on perspective. On one hand, it is believed that people who live under a spotlight should be held accountable for their actions; however some people believe that when a person makes a mistake they deserve a second chance. Things in life are never black and white; there is always a grey area in between.

People who are famous should be accountable for their actions. When Tiger Woods became famous he became an idol and a role model for millions of people out there and he should have been prepared for that. Woods should think about everything that he does and who is watching him. Everywhere he someone will always be there looking at him. Some will look at the good that he is doing and some will look at the bad. All celebrities have someone out there that does not like them, and will find a way to put out their dirty deeds and expose them to everyone. The important thing to remember is that every action has a consequence, whether good or bad.

Tiger Woods should think about the consequences for those around him as well. Some sponsors decided to drop Tiger Woods and some decided to stay with him but the ultimate devastation was the fans who wanted Tiger dropped because of what he did. He also went to Dubai and spite on the grass. In most Arabic countries spitting is a sign of disrespect; he could have done some research before going to a foreign country to find out the way they live and the signs of disrespect to prevent the catastrophe. We could look at all the aspects of what people could have done, or should have done but it will never change what has been done.
