Currently Balloon Biz and Build a Birthday are facing various managerial problems, they are:

1. Arranging and managing financial resources, Human resources, technological resources and production resources. Fay has to struggle at the time shortage in supply of materials, staff and capital.

2. Motivating the staff and inspiring them to give their best at work.

3. Problems are related to Organisational structure while running two business at the same time.

4. Fay comes across customers with different cultures, whose likes differ satisfying and delighting .Such different customers is a great problem

5. Fay wants to redesign her business process, she wants to cope up with the new trends in some parties.

6. Fay’s business has a great impact of the changes in social, economic, legal and political environmental factors is a managerial problem

7. Planning for Future and taking control measures to executive the plan

8. Fay needs to focus on how her business can contribute to social responsibility

9. Fay is the owner and leader of both her stores, managing both at the same time is a challenging task for her. This has led to leadership and delegation problem

10. Fay comes across differences in views of team members and team conflicts. Controlling them is a managerial problems.

Project objectives to address the managerial problems:

1. To look at the way the business is operated, keeping in mind the relationship to Build a Birthday and Balloon biz.

2. Develop a plan and a recommend a comprehensive organization structure for the business.

3. To understand this business and find out the opportunities for growth and development.
