Introduction
We created the Access® database to support the management of Disney of Regina. All
data for human resources management are readily accessible in our database.
We separated the facilities into different sections: Gaming Facilities, Entertainment Shows, Managers, Manager Salaries, and Service Facilities. In doing so, we can have ease of access to key data. This type of data includes how many gaming facilities are in our Disneyland, the target groups, the number of monthly visits to a particular facility, operating expenses, and a very detailed distribution of managers’ information, including personal information, education level and contact methods. The human resource database system focuses on the operational management of Regina's Disneyland.
