Abstract

When a man and woman get married, they do so, based on their relationship and commitment to each other out of love. However in today’s society people do not view marriage as being sacred anymore. People today get married to quickly for the wrong reasons. In the United States the divorce rate is between 40-50%, with statics showing that 20% of couples will divorce in the first five years of marriage, and 32% being divorced after 10 years of marriage. Due to the couple’s individual style of relationship, premarital style relationship, or because certain needs in their marriage are not being met. That’s why newly married people need a mediator. A pastor can help an individual with a secure relationship, because it is already built on the love of God and with that love he can resolve his conflicts in his marriage. He also can help those who, don’t have a relationship with God or their relationship with God isn’t strong. However, they’re willing to save their marriage, by allowing God to be the foundation, in which their marriage is built on, and be that solid rock that holds everything together.

Introduction

In today’s society preparation plays an important role in people’s lives. For example as the seasons change from fall, winter, spring and summer. People prepare their homes and cars to deal with the changes of the weather, so that no damage occurs.

During the fall, we stock up the wood for the fireplace, unless it’s a gas fire place, than we get the gas company to come check the gas lines for niches and cuts, which can cause a fire. We also clean out the chimney to avoid smoke buildup, along with the air ducts and the changing of the air filters. Then prior to the winter months we winterize our home, insulating the pipes, so they won’t break and cause water damage. We also prepare our cars for the...
