HOME DORMITORY EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The HOME Dormitory provides shelter services for college students. President and owner/landlord Milward Mansueto and vice president/assistant landlord Rogel Kehm Mingha currently runs the business. Engineer Sharmane Manipol and architect Rosaifa Mangotara were hired to build the dormitory. Mheritz Lyn Mayola the co-owned of the said dormitory hired a guard capable for assuring everyone’s security.

This dormitory offers the college students the shelter and comfort they needed. This dormitory has a cafeteria, internet café, lobby and a rooftop where you can hung up with you friends. Security is highly recognized, and so, visitors are only allowed until 9pm and tenants has a curfew from Sunday to Thursday, they cannot go out in the dormitory after 10 pm.

The goal of the Dormitory is to be the topmost dormitory that will provide every tenants what they needed and wanted in order to satisfy them with our service.

HOME Dormitory will be based in Iligan City particularly in Tibanga which is near in IIT and targets the college students in MSU-IIT which are interested in having a comfortable place to stay, a place which can they be called a second home.

We assure that this dormitory is having a high quality and immense services that the tenants can have better experiences than any other dormitory. And also, it is the only dormitory that the college students can experience the feeling of stress free environment. MACROENVIRONMENT The government greatly affects in all businesses. The concerns of the government in the business are the rights of the employment and the paying of taxes. In our case, definitely, there will be health benefits, proper handling of the employment and many other advantages as an employee. Our business will not be abusive with the workers; instead, they will be treated in the right way. But still, there will be a gap between the higher employees than the lower workers such that...
