Human resources are essential brick for any organization and assets which can affect the organization's development; this is why organizations should have distinguished approaches that would take the organization towards success.

Description

HRM Approaches (Models), was designed to meet the business and HR requirements, and to enable managers and leaders to be more competence in dealing with work force. It includes the basic duties and responsibilities of management towards employees. HRM differentiate from PM and IR Management by being more flexible and showing more concern in human resource, besides it identifies them in more humanist frame than PM and IRM do.

Add to this the style leadership is not less importance than business approach or HRM approach since managers and leaders' job is to comply these approaches,

As it's categorised by "Blake and Mouton managerial grid" there are five basic combinations of managers and leaders:

1- "The Impoverished Manager: Who has low concern for production and low concern for people….. Rating (1,1).

2- The Authority Compliance Manager: Who has high concern for production and low concern for people…..Rating (9,1).

3- Country Club Manager: Who has low concern for production and high concern for people…..Rating (1,9).

4- The Middle of The Road manager: Moderate concern for production and moderate concern for people…..Rating (5,5).
