Sunny Days with Eddie

Hello Colleagues,

My name is Eduardo Cardenas from San Diego, California. I not only reside here but I was born here. Many people I meet in this town seem to have started elsewhere and have flocked here to the palm trees, where it is always 70 and sunny. I have since worked for gauntlet of companies in Marketing, Advertising, Healthcare, Education, and have had quite a sales career. I then decided to follow my childhood dreams of being an artist and take the tenacity of my business approach and apply it to design. You see there was much more to me than the smooth talking, Mexican that could import Ice into Alaska. I realized that my creative passions where boiling under the suppression that I forced my creative being to be withheld. In 2006, I ventured back to college and this time I attended Art Institute of San Diego. I graduated with a BA in Advertising and went on to venture in the Marketing world and than fulfilled my other dream to begin a media company, I have since created a photography brand, a production company, and a small boutique agency. These are still in the infantile stage as I look forward to venturing into my studies at Argosy. I also now work at The Art Institute of San Diego as a Career Advisor, which I tend to the graduates of Photography, Advertising, Animation, Game Design, Graphic Design, and Visual Game Programming. All I can say is, Life is Great, when you follow your innate passions. I look forward to making you all my colleagues!
