THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

I. Introduction

Library is a room or a building consisting of books, materials and other

references that can be used for a study. Information for curriculum can be found here.

Schools usually have their own library to accommodate the needs of their students. It is

a center of information in schools. Students depend on library but because of

innovations happened, some of them rely on a land area network. Books and other

concrete materials still have their advantages as a source of information because

students are sure on its content unlike on the internet.

A. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The aimed of this study is to find out the Effectiveness of the CED Library to

Education students of New Era University throughout the school year of 2016–2017,

first semester.

Specifically, it aims to answer the following;

1. Does the library fulfill the needs of the students when it comes to educational and research materials?

2. Is the time span given to students enough to make the students productive

3. Are the contents of the library effective and efficient?

B. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

In this finished study, it may benefits the following. To the students for they

C. SCOPE AND LIMITATION

The respondents of this study is within 50 selected students from the College of

Education in New Era University, this first semester of school year 2016-2017. This

study will only be focused on the effectiveness of the College of Education Library. This

study would not consider any negative comments about the topic being spoken. Any
