Devising effective interview design is fundamental to any organization seeking to hire professionals in various positions. It involves healthy interaction between interviewer and interviewee within a specific time limit. Therefore, both of them need to plan and prepare thoroughly. For this reason, the recruiting committee for XYZ Enterprises came up with a scheme for selecting the best candidate for the position of executive assistant as outlined in this report. Meeting objectives of our reputable company requires competency of employees as depicted by their knowledge, skills, abilities and other traits determining how well they fit. Moreover, they should portray a high level of drive to work with us to assure prosperity and longevity of their services in the firm. Structure of the process for the day will encompass a presentation for a brief introduction about the organization, oral interviews and psychometric tests.

As the human resource manager, I have prepared a power point presentation comprising of the cardinal details of the enterprise in line with the vacant position. Provision of a comprehensive explanation of how the company performs its duties and elaboration of responsibilities of an executive assistant will orient applicants. It will give them an opportunity to decide whether to proceed to the next level, depending on how they feel about it. This section will offer a chance to ask for clarification on any issue they may have pertaining the the operations of the company either from their own research or rumors about the organization. It helps in making them comfortable and making judgments on relationship of their expectations to actual nature of the firm.
