Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) is one of the largest American restaurant and sports bar franchise. The Company has restaurants in the United States, Canada, Mexico and The Philippines. James Disbrow founded the company in 1982 in Columbus, OH. The CEO of the company is Sally J. Smith. [1] There are 1,111 locations in 2016. In 2010, Buffalo Wild Wings announced an expansion into Canada. [2] In 2012, the company reported $495 million in total assets. [3]
Mission Statement
Buffalo Wild Wings Company’s Mission is to “WOW people everyday”. BWW external mission is to amaze guests every day by archiving the highest level of satisfaction with a focus on friendly service, tasty food, and beer selection. The Company’s mission towards their stakeholders is to amaze them with outstanding, industry leading financial results and operational performance. I think, that their internal mission is to provide respect and fair treatment to their team members.
BWW Vision
Buffalo Wild Wings Team says that they have a passion for sport and they believe that there is a champion in every child. It’s the core of their vision fro community giving. [4]
Buffalo Wild Wings are teaming up with Boys & Girls Club of America (BGCA) to help more kids play team sports. By 2017 they are donating more than $6 million to BGCA, including corporate donations, donations from sauce and seasoning bottle sales and fundraising events in their restaurants around the country. Playing sports is about igniting a passion, belonging to a team, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
