The "Trinity" a retired oil & gas supply vessel was sunk off the coast of Speyside, Tobago between some of the islands best dive sites and near the award wining Blue Waters Inn resort and Blue Dive'n PADI 5 star dive facility.

BLUE WATERS DIVE 'N, TOBAGO today announced that they have successfully sunk the vessel "Trinity" off the coast of Blue Waters Inn, to become Tobago's newest dive wreck . The Trinity, a 100 foot, retired energy industry supply vessel has a beam of 30 feet, and her wheelhouse stands 35 feet above her keel. She was sunk between two reefs off the south point of Batteaux Bay in about 75 feet of water. This wreck is an ideal dive site for intermediate and advanced divers who will now be able to experience the vast aquatic life, reefs and underwater world, before exploring the newly sunken wreck. The wreck is an artificial reef that will contribute to the natural ecosystem of Tobago.

Speyside, Tobago is home to the world's largest brain coral and is considered among the world's top dive destinations. The Trinity was given as gift to the people of Tobago to be used as a new attraction for dive enthusiasts by Blue Waters Inn, an intimate boutique hotel catering to family, dive and bird watching enthusiasts, and winner of a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence award for four consecutive years.
