Introduction
In this book critique we are studying the book of “How to read the Bible for all its worth” for an analysis of the entire book. The analysis consists of a summary of each chapter highlighting the most important ideas of the authors. The importance of this book is for the constant need of applying the methods for a correct Bible interpretation. This book provides each detail on how to study each book of the Bible and grasp its context for a better understanding.
Summary of each chapter
Chapter 1
This chapter explains the importance or need of interpretation. It gives methods of which it should be utilized for interpretation of Scripture. The need of interpretation lays discovering what the author said and not trying to figure a unique interpretation. When a reader has his aim in find a unique interpretation it is consider as pride. The correct aim is simple: it is getting the correct meaning of the text and discovering the intentions of the author. There are reasons that are provided to strive for a correct interpretation each time the Bible is read.
