1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Visionary printing solution is providing clients with online printing, manual photocopying services, fax transmittal and reception services and access to self-serve computer workstations with a full array of software and Internet capabilities. We specialized in providing 24 hour online printing services. The main idea for developing this business because most of the college and university students were having difficulties to print out their assignment in midnight and there is no printing shops or services available for 24 hours. Our main goal is to provide 24 hour online printing services.

1.1 MARKETING

Before providing an online printing services, we did a SWOT analysis and we also analyse our strength and weaknesses as well as our competitors. In order to attract the customer, we market our product through the online and offline media. Through online media, we promote our product in Facebook, instagram, what’s app and Twitter, while through offline media we promote our product through posters and flyers.

1.2 OPERATION

We have 6 managers to operate our business. Since our managers were expertise in each field there is no requirement for us to hire a staff and provide training for them. All the printing and photocopying machineries was supplied by Machine PPR SDN BHD.

1.3 FINANCE

The main sources is derived from partner’s contribution. Each partner’s will contribute RM 5000 (RM 5000 per x 6 partner =RM 30,000) in order to achieve our business plan. The secondary source is from investor. We expect that we can get the additional loans from Mara around RM 250,000 in order us to expand our business.
