Part I: It Fits Outfits: A Case Study

It Fits Outfits is an online clothes store that will provide clothes for the college students because they know that college students are busy doing projects, home works, activities, reviewing, studying and many more. They don’t have time going to the clothes stores to buy clothes. Because college life is so hard in my own opinion, they are forced to stay inside their boarding house, dormitories and their own houses.

Because of that It Fits Outfits came with an idea to make an online store which will enable the students to buy clothes and apparels online, which will be supplemented by a hassle free, door to door deliver. It Fits Outfits also offers an online fitting room which suggest the proper apparels to the customers, also, their virtual fitting rooms prompts the customers if they wish to buy additional apparels to match their desired goods.

It Fits Outfits aims to create a hassle free world which will let the students to shop while studying, enabling them to minimize the time which will be consummated when they decide to go in nearby malls, perhaps going to the clothes store.

The first question is, how the It Fits Outfits managed and arrange the customer service representatives to answer question in real times. Also, what shall the company do to prevent the wasting of the time of chat representatives in case of a customer will ask the same questions over and over again?

My answers are listed as follows:

1. The customer online real time chat service agents shall have adequate knowledge about the business. If they are not popular of what they are answering, the business may be hated and thus failed, because they online real time chat agent is ineffective.
