Executive Summary

The R.I.R.S (Rodent & Insect Repellent Specialties) plans on releasing rodents and insects’ repellent garbage bags, which will be known as SHIELD. Our Marketing plan will illustrate our target market and the strategies we will be employing to get customers while are the same time creating a solid revenue stream. Our goal is to achieve total customer satisfaction while capturing customer values in return, so our focus will be on product quality and service. We are not just any Rodent and Insect Repellent specialist, our focus and product concepts gives us several advantages over our competitors, giving our customers a new way of dealing with the on going problem of rodents & insects infestations through out the Bahamas.

Products

The SHIELD is an durable eco-friendly garbage bag used to keep out insects and rodents and keep in waste. Its custom made material that lines each bag, allows for the “safe-guarding” of items inside while riding potentional infestation by rats and insects. We understand that some of our customers are pet owners, and have ensure that our product is safe against humans and pets.
